Rossmar & Graham was founded in 1968 to provide the highest quality property management services to communities throughout the Greater Phoenix area. Today, Rossmar & Graham manages nearly 400 HOA and Condominium Associations.

Over the years and through the resource and experience of hundreds of systems and management professionals, Rossmar & Graham has accumulated a wealth of "best practices" knowledge in operations, systems, finance, sales and marketing, and human resources matters. Additionally, our combined purchasing power with the size of our organization allows us to realize substantial cost savings in such areas as insurance, capital and equipment purchases.
